• Deliveries are usually shipped with FedEx.

• Delivery times: Incoming orders are processed within 24 hours on weekdays. Then sent directly afterwards. Our standard worldwide shipping takes 3 to 6 working days. (Depends on destination country and exact destination.)

• "Super fast express" / FedEx Prio (2-3 working days) optional available at check-out.

• For delivery abroad: indication of the telephone number of the customer absolutely necessary.

• Tracking :Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can then check the shipment status.

• Possible customs duties and taxes have to be paid by the customer.
