Manufacturer's warranty: Clear. Reliable. Direct.

Warranty period:
For products from our range, we provide a voluntary manufacturer's guarantee from the date of purchase of:

  • 2 years on bags, hangers, travel and business accessories.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory warranty claims and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

What is covered?

  • Manufacturing defects (e.g. seams, zippers, strap connections)

  • Material defects despite proper use

  • Malfunctions under standard load

What is not covered?

  • Damage caused by improper use or independent repair attempts

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, abrasion, discoloration)

  • Transport damage caused by third parties (e.g. airlines – the airline is responsible for this)

  • Loss or damage to the contents of the bag

What to do in case of a warranty claim?

Please include in your message:

  • a description of the defect

  • a photo of the affected area

  • proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)

We will review each case individually and decide transparently whether a repair or replacement is possible. If the original product is no longer available, we will provide you with an equivalent replacement.

Service beyond the warranty

Many of our customers have owned their DEGELER products for years. If you need repairs even after the warranty has expired, please contact us. We offer professional repairs or sensible alternatives at fair prices.

Proof of purchase & registration

Please retain the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. This is the only way we can clearly identify warranty claims. Purchases must have been made through our official online shop or an authorized DEGELER dealer.
